Mentoring

Some athletes like to have a little more control over their own training but would prefer guidance as to how to structure what training when. The regular meetings allow for discussion of past performance and future plans

How does it work?

The athlete arranges with the coach when and how often they wish to meet during which past training and future plans can be discussed as well seeing how it all fits into the bigger picture.
 
What are the benefits?

Mentoring gives the athlete control and ownership of the programme allowing them to fit their training in as they require.
