Rob Says
I haven’t for one moment regretted becoming one of Andy’s athletes. With a combination of my training plan on triblogs and regular calls, the only thing I have to concentrate on now is actually swimming, cycling and running, which has been a godsend. Setting considered short and long term objectives and knowing exactly what I am working on and why has also given me great confidence that I am doing the right work to improve my performances. And has it make a difference to my results? See above
