The Five elements

The five elements theory highlights the key areas required for a holistic approach to training and racing. No one element is permanently of greater value than the others. Simply, the elements combine to provide a balanced programme which, with the correct emphasis on each area at the appropriate time for each athlete, allows any athlete to move towards achieving their own true potential.
