Short sessions

There are times when a knowledgeable eye cast over your technique, or an extra bit of motivation for your training can nudge you back into the right direction.

How does it work?

Book in for a session in each of the disciplines to give your performance a boost.

What are the benefits?

Discipline specific training can help you improve your technique or fitness and give you the ideas to go away feeling fully remotivated.

Open water swimming one to one sessions or small group sessions. Open water swimming requires a different kind of stroke, a wider variety of skills and most likely the use of a wet-suit. Practise and perfect all of these skills in Bristol or nearby.
 

Individual or small group training days

Sometimes half an hour or an hour just won't do!

If you would prefer to get all the assessment done in one go and allow time to chat through the results with a coach then a full day of training may be just what you need. Choose any combination of discipline specific assessments and time to chat through with a coach the results or ask all the questions you�ve always wanted to know the answers to.

Example training day programme
  • 1000 Meet coach, discuss day and discuss training plans
  • 1200 Swim with video analysis and feedback
  • 1400 Bike fit followed by outdoor ride to assess results of bike fit
  • 1600 Final discussions and questions
  • 1700 Finish day
